CLUB SELECT TOURNAMENT TEAMS
  • The Club Select teams are "all star" teams formed to give Club League players Premier level experience. Each season we form a tournament team in each age group with a selection from among the top Club League players.
  • The objective is to boost player development and fun.
  • We play one or two premier tournaments in nearby communities (Lawrence, Topeka, Olathe, etc) and have extra practice sessions.
  • The teams are coached by our senior Club  League and Premier program staff led by coach Mauro Nobre.
  • Check the calendar for practice and tournament dates.
  • Eligibility: Participation is by invitation. We will send out invitations over email for these tournament teams. If you are interested please contact me -Mauro@kawvalleysoccer.com
  • A note on eligibility: Participation is by invitation, at the discretion of the coaches. You may be invited to participate, but if not enough players are available we may not be able to form a team for that particular event. In case we have several candidates available for limited team positions the coaches will have complete discretion over who is awarded those limited spots. Those decisions depend on many factors, including player characteristics, what positions the team requires, etc. We usually attend two tournaments each season. If a team roster fills up and you are not selected we will make every effort to include you in the next events. Our purpose is to include as many players as possible in as many events as possible. Keep a long term perspective with regard to your partcicipation and development!
